What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
We collect information in our contact forms such as names and email addresses so that we may better respond to your message. Alternatively, you may call us, email us directly, or visit us in person.
Newsletter
Mailchimp is a third-party service we use to send you an optional newsletter which may be used for advertising purposes. They are governed by their own privacy policy which you can view here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy
The email-based form of the newsletter may contain embedded tracking pixels which allow us to analyze the success of our campaigns. These tracking pixels may allow us to view see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. This is so we can better align the content of future newsletters with your interests. This behavior will be kept private and not be sold to third parties.
Marketing preferences can be changed at any time by clicking the “update your preferences” link in the bottom of our emails or by contacting us directly.
Cookies
We do not create website logins for visitors however, if you happen to visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Retargeting Ads
We do not currently use retargeting ads but may do so in the future.

We have security measures on our website to deter malicious activities such as hacking. This not only protects our website but also helps protect information we may have gathered from you.

Reports are automatically generated showing this information for any user who attempts or is suspected of attempting illegal activities on the Website such as uploading malicious content or attempting to log in under an existing or non-existing account. These individuals will be blocked from the Website when we deem it necessary for the security of our website and to maintain your privacy. We do not have logins for visitors to the Website and if a visitor requests a password reset on the login page, their IP address is included in the automatically generated password reset email.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
